A project approach to accelerate and secure Squido implementation within the enterprise

Ever since it was created, Ixxo has taken particular care over the structuring of technological solution implementation projects and their success.

A methodology and framework project have been drawn up and structured to implement the Squido solution within companies.
This structured, phased approach ensures the rapid appropriation of Squido, accelerated value production and the success of the project.

ORGANISATION

As companies do not all have the same approach in terms of economic intelligence and links between business strategy and data search, IXXO has built two frameworks:

A "quick start" project, intended for companies already involved in this approach

A "complete" project, intended to support the company from the beginning of the approach through to implementation via the solution.

Both projects are broken down into phases, each phase into missions, with each mission being detailed in terms of workshops, required company profiles, deliverables and length.

These frameworks are the fruit of IXXO experience in the management of projects and guarantee:
- Fast project start-up
- Controlled and planned project roll-out
- Successful implementation
